Bio
Earnest is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian
University (UCU), a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDLP)
from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Kigali,
Rwanda.
He is adept at amicable dispute resolution and has served for several
years under government of Uganda aided projects that require legal
advice in land acquisition and compensation especially in the rural areas
and suburban areas. He has served among others under the Vegetable
Oil Development Project 2 which has since turned into National Oil Palm
Project, advising and sensitizing the locals especially the vulnerable on
their economic and social rights that may be affected by the different
projects.
Earnest provides tailored legal counsel to clients on land rights, estate
administration and management amongst other fields. He was formerly
the Legal officer at Vegetable Oil Development Project 2, where he
interacted with all rays of people and enhanced his expertise in dispute
resolution and settlements, land tenure systems, estate administration
and socio-economic rights of persons.
He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association (RBA) and the East Africa
Law Society EALS), self-motivated, team worker and adaptable to
challenging situations
