Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University and a Diploma
in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He is a graduate of the Uganda
Management Institute and a practicing Urban Governance and Management
professional.
Geoffrey also as a Physical Planner has been involved on a number of infrastructure
projects that require legal, governance and management expertise both in Uganda, East Africa and West Africa. He was previously an associate at Lwere, Lwanyaga and Company Advocates, where
he enhanced his expertise in commercial litigation, land transactions and criminal
practice.
Geoffrey is keen on environment and climate change. He consults with KPMG Uganda
where he advises Cities and Municipal Local Governments on functional capacities in
Development Planning, Budgeting, Environment and Social Management.
He is a member of the Uganda Law Society (ULS), the East African Law Society (EALS)
and Uganda Physical Planners Institute
